If the criteria is met, the next step is a conversation with you as the seller for you to make your own judgement as to suitability.  If you feel it's a good match and the buyer wants to submit an offer, we proceed to the offer and acceptance stage and start working through the details and head towards a closing!

Our Vision

Darrin M. Davenport

Darrin Davenport was first licensed in 1997 and began his career in residential and commercial real estate before migrating into the M&A and business brokering world.  Darrin has founded and operated multiple California companies and as a business owner has learned first hand the thrill of starting a new business, acquiring businesses as part of a strategic growth initiative and the challenges a business owner faces when selling a business.


Darrin's current portfolio of experience includes manufacturing, distribution, subscription based service companies as well as a wide variety of main street businesses including law firms, accounting practices, tax practices, clinical practices (including optometry and chiropractor practices), automotive service, automotive retail, beauty salons, beauty supply retailers and many more business types.


Darrin graduated with honors from St. Mary's College of California with a BA in Management / Law Studies and has 25 years of government and corporate experience in the nuclear power and petrochemical industry.  Darrin lives in California and is the proud father of 4 children.
